Thank you for being a part of a spectacular evening at WILD.ECO. The event would not have been made possible without the support of the community of volunteers, sponsors and YOU. Because of your generosity, we are thrilled to be able to send one lucky recipient from UNYA (Urban Native Youth Association) to a month-long wilderness immersion camp. The WILD.ECO Scholarship (valued at $7,000US) includes a 35-day life-changing outdoor experience at a NOLS camp in Yukon, including roundtrip airfare and outdoor gear.
"UNYA envisions a future where empowered Indigenous youth are leading and inspiring all Nations. This partnership with WILD.ECO will provide urban Indigenous youth with opportunities they may otherwise not have – to connect with the land, and with themselves, as they discover and develop confidence in their own leadership. This project builds on UNYA’s diverse and holistic range of ongoing programming, furthering UNYA’s mission to support Indigenous youth on their journeys, amplifying and celebrating their voices."
